| Domicile |

An uncontested (mutual-consent) divorce in Thailand is registered at the District Office (Amphur) when both spouses agree. You sign Form B (the application) at the counter, the registrar prepares Kor Ror 6 (the divorce register), and you typically receive Kor Ror 7 (the divorce certificate) the same day. Bring IDs, marriage papers, and a clear Thai–English Divorce Agreement so key terms (property, custody, support) can be recorded properly. No court hearing is required, but both spouses must attend in person and sign in front of two witnesses. |

Legal term for an arrangement in which an agent takes possession and agrees to sell goods for another and who guarantees that a buyer is trustworthy and, in case the buyer defaults, compensates the principal (translation: for believe or trust).

| Condominium |
A multi unit residential building where each person is able to hold personal freehold ownership of his or her apartment unit and joint ownership in common areas of the building. What defines a condominium, as opposed to general unlicensed multi unit apartment buildings (not licensed under condominium laws), is the form of ownership.

A government assessed property value for a specific real property in Thailand based on a calculation method set by the Land Department and the Treasury Department and is adjusted every 4 years based on market conditions. It is among others used to determine the (minimum) amount of tax that must be paid.
