WHEREAS

(a) The Lessor is the owner of a plot of land as identified by land title deed no............., Book............, Page............, Land no.............,............ Sub-district............ District,............ Province, in the area of ............ Rai and............ Square Wah., hereinafter referred to as "the Land" as described in the photocopies of the land title documents attached hereto as Attachment 3 and deemed as a part hereof.

(b) The Lessor wishes to lease the Land to the Lessee and the Lessee wishes to lease the land from the Lessor for a term of ___(enter number of years, but not exceeding 30 years) ____ years (hereinafter referred to as the "Lease Term").

1. PURPOSE OF LEASE

2. RENT AND PAYMENT

4,2 All taxes duties and fees including but not limited to any and all expenses incurred inrelation to the registration of this lease agreement and any renewal thereof shall be borne solely by the Lessee. The Lessor shall be responsible for personal income tax resulting from rental income.
