Loan agreement (for property purchase)

The lender (foreigner) is prepared to make a loan available to a Thai borrower (his girlfriend) for the acquisition of a specific real estate property in Thailand. A loan agreement drafted in combination with a lease agreement. Interest and repayment of the loan is equal to rent to be paid for the property (borrower becomes lessor in the lease agreement).
