A right of superficies is complete upon registration on the title deed by the Land Office. When the real right of superficies is created by endorsement of the superficies agreement as a deed on the land title it automatically legally separates ownership of the land and anything above and in the land such as buildings, structures and plantations. By the right of superficies everything in and on the land becomes legal ownership and property of the superficiarus.
