This land lease addendum (บันทึกแนบท้ายสัญญาเช่าที่ดิน) is an supplemental agreement to a long term land lease agreement. This document is executed separate from the main land lease agreement and contains terms and obligations (right to transfer the land to freehold, possession of the title deed, payment of renewal terms) which cannot be created as part of the lease agreement under current land office regulations. As a separate private agreement it is not annexed to the land lease agreement nor registered with the land office in Thailand. It aims to create rights for the lessee beyond normal hire of property laws (commonly used but legally questionable).
